Sequence images practice

 Hello, Aiya again!

Earlier this week, we learned what sequential images are and practiced them. Sequential images are images that were taken by using the photography technique of taking many pictures in a short amount of time.

by the British-American photographer
Eadweard James Muybridge (1830-1904)

Sequential images could also be edited in many different ways and anyone could use this technique in their own unique and creative ways.

We were told to be creative and take pictures to then edit. We took multiple pictures of moving birds and downloaded them on our computers, then used the contact sheet generator site and ended up with these sequences:

A sequence of a bird pack flying away from the camera frame. I call it "Sowhere better".

A sequence of a bird seeing us and swimming towards us. I call it "Hello".

These pictures were taken on an Iphone 11 camera.

I wanted to perfect it more, so I used Pixlr X editor to crop out everything unwanted, even though the film effect that was created around the pictures looked vintage and interesting.

These are my finished sequences.

I liked being creative and finding new ways to make art. I will definately use this in my future work.
