 Introduction

When making a creative piece of work that was of your own production, one has to consider governmental and social laws of individuality and plagiarism. Copyright is a legal right of a owner of an intelectual property. (Joules Garcia, 2023). Copyright was created to make everyone seen, counted and protected.

How can I stop people using your work?

You're responsible for defending your copyright material against infringement. Some people or organisations (such as libraries or schools) may be able to use copyright work without permission. You should check whether someone's use of your work is permitted before trying to stop them. (gov.uk, 2023)
